The NJSPAP is an organization of artists committed to the tradition of painting en plein air — in the open air. The NJSPAP provides scheduled dates for members to paint together and also hosts exhibitions and paintouts.

There is no instruction, and no formal membership required to paint with the NJSPAP. Beginners, as
well as more advanced artists, are welcome.

Members start arriving around 9:30 am and paint
well into the late afternoon.

Art Galleries are welcome to attend a paintout to
view some of the local talent within the northern
New Jersey area.
